Parents' Evenings

At Central, we believe that a strong partnership between home and school is essential to helping every student achieve their full potential. Parents' Evenings provide an invaluable opportunity for parents and carers to meet with teachers, discuss academic progress, celebrate successes, and gain practical advice on how to support learning at home.

We strongly encourage all parents and carers to attend. These in person events allow families to gain a clear understanding of how their child is performing in each subject, discuss strengths and areas for development, and speak directly with individual subject teachers. By working together, we can ensure that students receive the support, challenge and guidance they need to succeed both academically and personally.

Each year group has one formal Parents' Evening during the academic year, with the exception of Year 11 and Year 13, who have two Parents' Evenings. These additional events take place following each mock examination window, ensuring families receive timely feedback and support as students prepare for their final examinations. Information about booking appointments will be shared with parents and carers in advance for each event.
