🏫 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 🏫 🌍 World Earth Day 🌍 Our assemblies this week have been focused around celebrating World Earth Day and Sustainability. Earth Day is the world’s largest environmental campaign, celebrated annually on April 22nd to promote global action for environmental protection, including combating climate change, pollution, and deforestation. Aidan took home the win for house Hadrian where our student competitors had four minutes to design a device to cushion an egg dropped from various heights. A huge shout out to Lily and Jesse who also participated in this weeks challenge, with all three students successfully passing the first round! Unfortunately for Jesse and Lily, only Aidan’s device passed the second test, a 3 metre drop from the first floor balcony! This leaves the standings table at...
