💪🏼 𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓒𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓻𝓪𝓵 𝓗𝓸𝓾𝓼𝓮 𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓮𝓷𝓰𝓮 💪🏼 ⚽️ The keepie uppie challenge ⚽️ A huge well done to 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗻 (7BSH) who took the house challenge win this morning as football fever swept over the academy. 🟡 Our competitors had three opportunities to record the most consecutive ‘keepie uppies’, with 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗻’s high score of 2⃣2⃣ taking the win and drawing house 𝓥𝓪𝓵𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓪 level with house Hadrian at the top of the house challenge leaderboard with just one challenge remaining this year! A huge shout out to Paige (7SST) who also participated in this week’s challenge, recording a high score of 13 for house Luguvalium. This leaves the standings table at... 🏫 𝕐𝕖𝕒𝕣 𝟝 ℙ𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤 ℂ𝕠𝕗𝕗𝕖𝕖 𝕄𝕠𝕣𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘𝕤 🏫 𝘞𝘦𝘥𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺 8𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘥𝘢𝘺 9𝘵𝘩 𝘑𝘶𝘭𝘺 Mr Markham would like to welcome the parents / carers of year 5 students to join our coffee mornings on Wednesday 8h and Thursday 9th July at 9.15am. This is an opportunity for you to have a tour of the Academy facilities, to meet our students and staff and get a feel for a typical working day at Central. Mr Markham will give a presentation on his plans for Central moving forwards and there will be the chance to talk to key members of staff from the pastoral, SEND and primary transition teams. 🏏 𝕌𝟙𝟜’𝕤- ℂ𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕥𝕪 ℂ𝕣𝕚𝕔𝕜𝕖𝕥 𝕋𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕟𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 🏏 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟵! A big well done to our Year 9 mixed team who attended the county cricket tournament at Edenside on Thursday. Our team took 2 wins from 3 games, a huge feat for a new and developing team, with a lot of the squad playing some of their first games! Cricket is definitely growing at Central and it’s amazing to see!
