A Warm Welcome to Central Academy

🐣 𝓔𝓐𝓢𝓣𝓔𝓡 𝓗𝓐𝓕 𝓒𝓐𝓜𝓟 🐣 A reminder we will be hosting our ever popular Easter HAF camp Tuesday to Thursday this week at the academy. There is still some very limited availability for any students who would still like to book a place! 🔺 7th, 8th, 9th April 🔺 10am - 2pm 🔺 Central Academy 🔺 FSM students 🔺 Lunch provided A 3-day, fun filled, activity packed programme, from inflatables to football tournaments, art and cooking and team challenges. 🧑‍🏭 𝕎𝕠𝕣𝕜 𝔼𝕩𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖 👷‍♀️ During the last week of term, lots of our Year 10 and 12 students spent the week at various businesses across the county for their work experience placements. We have had some amazing feedback from a host of different employers sharing the effort and passion shown by so many of our wonderful students over the week. 🏅 𝔼𝕟𝕕 𝕠𝕗 𝕋𝕖𝕣𝕞 𝔸𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕤 𝔸𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕝𝕪 🏅 🌼 𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘃𝗮 🌼 During our rewards assembly on Friday, we were fortunate enough to be treated to a performance from CGT runners up 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗰𝘆 and 𝗔𝘃𝗮 who performed their rendition of ‘For Good’ from the musical Wicked. The girls were again absolutely fantastic throughout, as well as showing amazing courage to perform for of the whole school! A huge congratulations to each of our winners, 🏆 Principal’s students of the half term- 𝗝𝗮𝘆𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗠, 𝗔𝘃𝗮 𝗕 and 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗔. 🏆 Key Stage Director’s students of the half term- 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗿𝘆 𝗕, 𝗘𝗳𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗠 and 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗰. 🏆 Year Team Manager’s students of the half term- 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗙, 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻 𝗕, 𝗔𝘆𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔, 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗳𝗳 𝗟, 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗝, 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗔 and 𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗘. During the assembly we also distributed awards for subject nominations, homework heroes, 100% attendance and no lates to school.
